We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to return the item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We ask that you inspect your items upon delivery. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue and provide a solution.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special or personalized orders), and personal care products (like beauty items). Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are not eligible for returns. If you have any questions about your specific item, please contact us.

Please note that we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item first. Once the return is processed and accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The returned item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
